Arzol - Human + Half-form Ref

Hey guys I'm no longer interested in working on this species, so they are as of 5/24/2019 now a OPEN species. All you gotta do it show me the design before posting it please. All traits / rarities are open, go crazy. 
Sorry for the sketchy-ness, but time is super short for me right now, and school stress on top of owed-artwork doesn't leave me alot of time for large personal pieces.
And lineing + colour this would have taken me eaisly another 5 hours.

But, here it is! The ref for the Arzol Human and Half-form's!

Main ref + info: 

Things that remain the same:
Markings and colours, Ear's, eye's (though some more experienced shape-shifter's can change their eye's to normal human eye's in human form), tail, feather's (Get smaller in half-form, and even smaller in human form), can't fly in either form's, three finger's + thumb.
Half form:

Arm's become slightly more human like, but still long and thin, leg's get thicker and longer but shape remains the same. Feather's become more like feather's on the arm's then wings and are more flexible and light. Face get's more short and 'muzzle' like.

Human form:

Face get's more flat, and looks just like a human face, they get human-like hair that is usually the same colour as a marking on their body.  Legs are also human-like but hands and feet are the same, tail is the same, everything else is human like.
